Woodstock Chamber of Commerce and Arts will be hosting its first Woodstock Night celebration on July 12 (from 6-10pm). Similar to the popular Saugerties First Friday, and Kingston's Market Night on third Saturdays, participating Woodstock Nights businesses will tempt visitors, strollers, shoppers, and browsers with food and drink tastings, special sales, street art, trunk and fashion shows, Woodstock Late Night food creations, artwork, performances, and store giveaways. I'm really looking forward to covering the first Woodstock Night, which Radio Woodstock WDST will be sponsoring, and think this could be the start of a great theme night series that will bring more visitors and Hudson Valley tourists to Woodstock. Future Woodstock Nights will be held on August 9, September 13, and October 11.
