Just say "spa-aah": National Spa Week begins tomorrow, April 21-27. Now in its 10th year, Spa Week brings $50 spa treatments to the masses from coast to coast. Here in the Hudson Valley, the lovely Mahasukha Spa at Menla Mountain Center in Phoenicia is participating. The spa will offer the special $50 price for both its Customized Mahasukha Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. That's $75 off the regular price for each ($125).

If you're willing to travel farther afield, you can find plenty more participating spas in the Capital Region and in Rockland County (such as Lazur La Vie in Nyack and Little Tor Skin Care Studio in New City). Search for a spa near you at Spaweek.com.

They can just head over to Hudson and Chatham for free Cirkus After School classes with the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus!
