The Classics on Hudson series returns this Saturday to bring more exquisite music to the historic Hudson Opera House. This installment will feature a performance by distinguished pianist Roman Rabinovich.

The winner of the 2008 Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, Rabinovich has headlined across the US, Europe, and Israel in such prestigious venues as Wigmore Hall, Leipzig’s Gewandhaus, Carnegie’s Zankel Hall, the Moscow Conservatory, Paris’s Cite de la Musique, and the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. For this event, he will perform Haydn’s sonatas in B flat and E flat major, Beethoven’s sonata, op. 101, and Schumann’s Faschingsschwank aus Wien, op. 26.

Classics on Hudson will present Roman Rabinovich on October 10 at 7pm at the Hudson Opera House in Hudson, New York. Tickets are $25 ($22 for members). For more information, call (518) 822-1438 or visit
