Help Yourself to Healing
Spring Clearing Priorities
Re-energizing Your Life and Your Health
Take time out as spring approaches to shake off your winter blues. Relax, rest, and do something you love and/or may have neglected. Follow your intuition.
Check the list below to re-energize your priorities!
And whatever priorities you choose, remember to breathe, be grateful for life itself and send loving energy to yourself and those who need it…. and give some non-perishable food or a monetary donation to a food pantry.
I am choosing to enhance my health and well-being by prioritizing and giving space for the following:
(Check those that you can commit to at this time indicate when and how often )
Relaxation ___________ meditation____________ guided imagery___________
painting __________ or being creative by________
