The Domino Effect is a feature length documentary film that explores the origins and impacts of gentrification and luxury redevelopment in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, Brooklyn under the Bloomberg administration "The Firmest Friend" by Andrew Fixell, Short Doc. The Firmest Friend tells the story of human and canine outsiders finding their way into each other's lives and giving each other hope where previously there had been none. "Samaritan" by SangJin Ko, Short Narrative. A homeless man struggles for survival on the street but no one cares about him.
