A Poem: Earth Day | Poetry | Hudson Valley | Chronogram Magazine
I love the branches, the clouds and leaves
I love the grass, and the big warm breeze
I don’t care what season it brings
Summer, winter, fall, or spring
I love the trees, and the sky above
Although it’s good it can be tough
Earthquakes, hurricanes, fires and storms
The wild, tornados and plus some world wars
But overall the world is good
Plus family and friends in your neighborhood.
