Annual New Year’s Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Start your year off right in the heart of the snowy Catskills for a quiet, inspiring, and reinvigorating New Year’s retreat.

Join us for our fourth annual New Year’s Retreat!  Following the age-old tradition of taking time at the end of the year to reflect and set intentions for the upcoming cycle, we are offering this unique opportunity to come together at Tibet House's breathtaking Menla Mountain Retreat in the heart of the Catskills for a quiet, inspiring, and reinvigorating New Year's weekend.  The weekend’s programs will include Iyengar yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Buddhist teachings by Robert Thurman.

You may register for all three days (Thursday through Sunday), for just the weekend (Friday through Sunday), or for just one or two days (in which case you will need to register by phone).

We encourage you to register as early as possible. This wonderful event usually sells out!
