Staffed with birding experts, Teatown's Hudson River EagleFest 2013 sets up viewing locations along the river to watch for over 150 wintering eagles that settle along the Hudson Valley waterways. Attendees can bird watch and warm up with hot cocoa in heated tents at Boscobel in Garrison.
