Autumn is a time for transition - the foliage changes, daylight becomes scarce as the clock turns back, and the air becomes crisp. With the hiking and biking season upon us, it’s time to conquer the open trail ahead, and make time to explore the Hudson Valley. Nestled between the Catskill and Shawangunk Mountains, Ellenville, NY, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts looking to embark on an afternoon hike, pedal through the woodsy terrain on a mountain bike, or set sail across the clear blue skies on a hang gliding adventure.
What you’ll find in Ellenville is an authentic, distraction-free experience where you can unwind and reconnect with the beauty and tranquility of nature. Whether on land or in the sky, there is always a new adventure for you to explore. From the depths of the famous ice caves at Sam’s Point Preserve and majestic waterfalls that grace the trails of Minnewaska State Park Preserve, to the peak of the Shawangunk Mountains, the sights are truly a spectacular wonder.
