Presented by Shauna Tominey and Kathryn Lee of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. In this workshop and discussion, teens and families will learn tools and strategies for managing the range of emotions we all have in order to help reduce stress, improve communication, and support one another in a way that helps us act and feel in a way that we feel good about. This interactive evening will include full group learning activities and breakout discussions. We will also emphasize emotions as a point of connection across, race, gender, and class difference.
