Jesse Tolz runs VIDA Farm in Ghent, where he produces vegetables, herbs, flowers, seeds, and geeky farming experiments. His aim is to build healthy soils as well as grow resilient and nourishing plants in the context of this ecosystem. Tolz is also the marketing manager for Field Goods, a food hub that aggregates and delivers local produce.
