The Town of Poughkeepsie Recreation Department will host a children’s costume parade and contest. Parade line-up begins in the North Parking Lot at 12:00pm and will proceed around the college into the Residential Quad at Vassar where the judging will occur. Afterwards, there will be trick-or-treating in the dorms and fun activities, including arts and crafts, bounce houses, juggling, and kidditch.
