Mirrors, Windows, Doors—and More!

As part of the “Centering the Lives of Black Women” lecture series, New York Times bestselling author Andrea Pinkney will give an interactive presentation on the impact of children’s literature in her talk “Mirrors, Windows, Doors—and More!” Pinkney will provide an inside look at how books for young people are written and illustrated and will discuss the importance of diversity, representation, and inclusion.
