Have fun while learning how to keep a healthier you! Attend the 15th Annual Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, February 16, from 10am-4pm, at the Poughkeepsie Plaza on Route 9. Over 35 Health care vendors including local health care providers, professionals and non profit organizations will be on hand to answer a wide range of questions. Learn about heart disease, back pain, nutritional programs, acupuncture, home health care, insurance information and more. The days activities feature interactive and educational experiences, fitness demonstrations, raffles, samples and giveaways at select tables! Kids can get their faces painted and child I.D. cards by the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department.
All vendor proceeds will benefit the MHA (Mental Health America) of Dutchess County to support the First Annual Indoor Golf Tournament. All proceeds from the golf event will fund the initial deposit into the newly formed endowment fund through the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley.
