Mini Encaustic Workshops are designed to give artists a hands on introduction to the encaustic process. A one-hour demonstration is followed by independent work time, giving participants a chance to experiment with the paint and tools. Ideal for artists who are curious about encaustic but don't have previous experience. Topics covered include: what is encaustic; how to get started; health and safety; and the most popular techniques and applications.
