Learn the secrets of using spices for taste as well as for medicinal applications by unleashing the warming, circulating and nourishing potential of utilizing herbs as food medicine in your kitchen. We will also cover uses of common spices as well as introduce tonic herbs that can be used in teas, soups, stews, stocks and porridge recipes. Recipes will be provided as well as spice/herb sampling.
