Charles Dickens's novella describing the transformation of Ebenezer Scrooge from miser into empathetic benefactor via spectral visitation is a staple of the season, and for the past 19 years, Ulster Ballet has entertained audiences with its balletic interpretation of the holiday favorite. Performances December 5 to 7 at UPAC in Kingston. Tickets are $22 for adults, $18 for seniors and UPAC/Bardavon members, $15 for children. Ulsterballet.org.
