In this four day retreat
, we will practice the 2,500 year old meditation discipline of mindfulness-awareness and explore how such a simple act can help us engage our daily lives and careers genuinely – with intelligence, courage and delight!
The retreat will include meditation practice
, talks, guided meditations, movement exercises and contemplative walks in an inspiring rural environment. Meditation instruction will be taught in a structured way and noble silence will be observed during the retreat.
