Women's Empowerment Circle

In this Chakra workshop we strive to awaken the creative identity and find our true voice by exploring the 5th and 6th Chakra's. The class will start with a strong flow, exploring forward bends, and class will wind down with a restorative practice to help deepen awareness of our true self. We will have the opportunity to look at and discuss the concept of real communication and what that looks like with our relationships with ourselves and those we create with others.
