Rocketing out of the rock ’n’ roll city (?) of Oslo, the group cites Blondie, the Shangri-Las, Joan Jett, the Ramones, and the Beach Boys as their main musical influences. The band recently released its fourth album, People Talk, on Little Steven Van Zandt’s label, Wicked Cool Records, and have gotten heavy airplay on his popular radio show, “Little Steven’s Underground Garage.” Sharing tomorrow night’s bill are New Hampshire mod/power pop unit the Connection and DJs Chris Bishop and Jeff the Chef, who will spin heaping helpings of punk, garage rock, rock ’n’ roll, and old-school R&B.
