Chronogram readers will John Burdick as one of the sage album reviewers in our Music section; they may also know him for his excellent local music coverage at the weekly Almanac. But perhaps not as many will also that John is as well an ace guitarist and songwriter who performs with local acts. His main musical project is the New Paltz-based art-pop band the Sweet Clementines, who recently released their second album, Lake Victoria, and will honor the disc’s unveiling with a record-release show at the Falcon on April 7.
