Steely Dan Tribute at Colony in Woodstock | Music | Hudson Valley | Chronogram Magazine
Beloved by many, Steely Dan is a product of the Hudson Valley. The influential jazz rock act’s story begins in 1967, when core members Donald Fagen and Walter Becker met as students at Bard College and began playing in a series of bands that culminated in the 1971 formation of Steely Dan. On March 20 at 8pm, Fagen’s erstwhile hometown of Woodstock will welcome Steely Dan tribute band Reelin’ in the Years to Colony for a full evening of the Dan’s music.
