There's Still Time to Get Early Bird Savings on Brew U 2019 Tickets

You could drive all over New York State hunting down exceptional craft beers and meeting the folks who make them, and you’d probably have a wonderful time. You could, but you don’t have to—thanks to The Culinary Institute of America, which gathers two dozen of the finest at Brew U every year. And between now and September 4, you can grab Early Bird tickets to this best-of gathering at budget-friendly prices.

You may notice CIA Head Brewer Hutch Kugeman receiving a bunch of hugs and high-fives. The Brewery at the CIA won Brewery of the Year 2019 at the New York State Craft Brewers Association annual competition, just four short years after pouring its first drop.  Whenever brewers gather, it’s a good time. “Brewing is a passion project,” says Kugeman. “Head brewers come to this event in person to mingle and pour. We love getting together and we love meeting our fans and winning new ones.” Five hundred people came out to enjoy Brew U last year.

Besides a tasty batch of brewers pouring and chatting, you'll enjoy four unique educational programs and various smaller demonstrations. A variety of food stations—prepared by CIA chefs—are sure to satisfy just about every craving. Live music and panoramic views of the Hudson River and mid-October foliage complete the backdrop for a memorable afternoon.  So treat yourself to Early Bird tickets, grab a thirsty friend (or three), and a designated driver to join the festivities in Hyde Park on Saturday, October 19 between 2 and 5 pm. A VIP ticket—just $100 if you grab it before September 4—will get you in an hour early for exclusive pours and food tastings.

Early bird general admission includes tastings, eats, education, and music for just $65 if you buy now, and your designated driver (who can enjoy all the rest of it and grab some beer to take home) gets in for just $25.
