13th Annual Hike-a-Thon and Earth Day Celebration

Hike-a-Thon participants will be able to choose from a variety of trails, including guided and independent hikes. Hikes range in difficulty from “easy” on the stroller-friendly Pond trail, “moderate” on the Educator guided Naturalist trail, and a more “rigorous” hike on the new Stillman Family trail for more experienced hikers. In addition, families with young children may choose to join the Nature Museum’s Young Naturalist Preschool families with stops at some of the student’s favorite spots to play along the Nature Play trail. Check-in begins at 9:00am, followed by group warm-up exercises, and then set off on the trails at 9:30 a.m., giving everyone a chance to enjoy a beautiful morning outdoors. Interested hikers can register the day of the event for a donation of at least $10 per person. If you are unable to make the hike but would like to support the Nature Museum, please visit the Hike-A-Thon page at hhnm.org to make a donation. The Nature Museum would like to sincerely thank Hike-a Thon Sponsors, Albert Group Pools & Patios, Hromadka & Associates, Hudson Valley Help Wanted.Com, Argenio Brothers, Inc., Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, Jacobowitz & Gubits, LLP, William A.
