4th Annual Move and Groove 5K

Join us for the 4th annual Move and Groove 5K through the scenic Spa State Park! Proceeds from the race will benefit the National Museum of Dance children’s programming. There will be cash awards for the top 3 male and top 3 female runners ($200, $150 and $100), as well as a $50 prize for best male and female dance costumes. A Kid’s Fun Run, will take place before the start of the 5k run at 8:45 am on the lawn of the National Museum of Dance, offering awards to all participants.
