A self-taught veteran of the NYC and Hudson Valley food scenes for over 30 years, Scott has cooked for illustrious patrons including Mick Jagger and Michael Jordan. He cooks with honesty, passion, thoughtfulness, combining flavors and textures in ways that are both novel and eminently approachable. The six course menu includes porcini beignets, handmade seafood sausage, and local duck breast with homemade sauerkraut and apple. The entire dinner is paired exclusively with Italian wine each introduced by Scott, featuring exciting traditional and indigenous varietals.
