  • IgniVox Presents: Provincetown meets Woodstock! Zoë Lewis with Sara Lee & Friends

On Friday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 pm, the Colony Cafe in Woodstock, come experience the dynamic Zoë Lewis, a mega talent from the beaches of Provincetown, backed by local bass playing Goddess, Sara Lee who worked with The Indigo Girls, Ani DiFranco, The B-52's, Fiona Apple and others. Zoë is a world class vaudeville extravaganza of performative songwriting and a veritable band in a body. She performs radiant and edgy tunes on a variety of instruments: from guitar, ukulele and harmonica, to penny whistle, accordion, spoons and human trumpet... and fabulous piano! Opening is Woodstock's own Hemingway's Cat, an eclectic jam band that will rock the house with exotic riffs, rhythms, soaring vocals and raw energy. Bridging these two acts is an original performance with local dancers Anne Mulvaney and Amii Legendre, who have created many site-specific kinetic performances around the Hudson Valley, to an original composition by Lorah Yaccarino on her specially made Gryphon guitar. An alchemical party mix! Find out more about the artists at their websites: www.zoelewis.com www.hemingwayscat.com www.sacredfireproductions.org
