Aba's Falafel

In 2017, Aba's Falafel of farmers' market fame opened a brick-and-mortar in Rhinebeck. This bright, casual vegetarian eatery serves up a variety of fresh Middle Eastern cuisine—falafel made daily in house; fluffy pita; Israeli salads like cabbage, onion, and sumac; and sides like hummus and tahini. Choose from a pita sandwich, combination platter, or go gluten-free. Round out your meal with Turkish coffee and a baklava. During the warmer months, you can still find the Aba's food cart at farmers' markets in Woodstock, Pleasantville, and Rhinebeck.
