Jason Stern is the Co-founder and President of Luminary Publishing in Kingston, NY, publishers of Chronogram, Upstate House, their respective web-sites, and custom publications for clients throughout the Hudson Valley. He is the author of Learning to Be Human, a collection of his columns published over 20 years in the pages of Chronogram, and pens the monthly "Esteemed Reader" column in the magazine. He serves on the board of not-for-profits Re>Think Local, and Institute of Creative Studies.
