Re: “Trout is the New Salmon: Hudson-Based Fishery Champions Sustainable New York Steelhead

So glad you asked! I should have been more specific on that point.
From the NY Steelhead website:
"Our RAS allows us to raise our fish without antibiotics, growth hormones, vaccinations or harmful chemicals while limiting detrimental impacts to the local environment or wild species. Our New York Steelhead are fed a responsibly-sourced, GMO-free and balanced diet of natural anti-oxidants, proteins and lipids. Our state of the art facility contributes to sustainability and a small carbon footprint thanks to low head biofilters, automated feed systems and ambient and in-tank temperature controls. We will soon upcycle our fishery's solid waste for use in vegetation growth."

Re: “Winter Watch List: 10 Movies Filmed in the Hudson Valley

It was hard to narrow it down to 10, and I make no claim to having created a definitive 10 Best list. These are just 10 good ones. Thanks for adding to the roundup!

Re: “Eat, Drink & Be Merry at Hudson's Newest Cinema

Cosmic Cinemas is preparing to, none yet. The Alamo Drafthouse and Cinebarre brands Mr. Braly built look to be lively places; it'll be interesting to see how he crafts something for the Hudson Valley culture.
What sort of celebrity appearances would you come out for?
