Delicious review! As you chose one of my favorites (Jo Mama) I'll be eager to seek out Newberg Saison and Sauer Peach which I haven't tried. Omegang is such a treasure and I think we have Tommy Keegan to thank for poaching a brewmaster from there who makes an occasional small batch of Philosophers at Keegan's that gets scarfed up immediately.
