"MOR-pandering music with the Foo Fighters, but one gets the feeling that Kurt Cobain would never have stooped to that. In fact, his resistance to it is clearly a large part of what killed him." LMAO, NIRVANA already pandered to AOR and even AAA, they were EVERYWHERE after 92/93 as they weren't always as the band was born and bred in college radio and relentless touring. In fact, AOR radio changed format to AAA and modern rock formats. What killed Curt Cobain was a nasty addiction to heroin, an epidemic in the 90's costing the Seattle scene alot of lives and talented musicians, and impulsive bi polar after intervention.
