Nice article, but how is it that you fail to mention the Hudson Valley Dessert Company? People come from other towns for miles and miles around to purchase made from scratch cakes, cookies, granola, breads and soup. A bit of an oversight, I think, to omit the town bakery, also a popular lunch spot for the locals, from your article.
