Elliot Spitzer was removed as Governor, not just because he had employed a prostitute, but because he was the self-proclaimed "Sheriff of Wall Street" and "Steamroller.

If Bill Clinton were president today I would vote to impeach. What he did was an abuse of power.
A powerful, connected, writer using that position to coerce naive young powerless women into compromising situations, is an abuse of power too. On the lines of what Harvey Weinstein is accused of.
The Chronogram had a tightrope to walk. They severed the professional relationship without revealing the damaging events and conclusions.
