The Northwest Connecticut Arts Council will host A Garden Party Celebrating the Blossoming of Arts and Culture at the historic home and gardens of Victoria Elliot and Dr. Marvin McMillen in Harwinton. Guests will enjoy plein air painters creating new works, live music, a wearable art presentation, and an art sale of original works by local artists. Includes a three-course dinner with beverages.
