A Musical and Magical Event

The Serenade Quartet- violinists Krista Bennion Feeney & Keats Dieffenbach, Jessica Troy, viola - John Feeney, bass and special guest Daniel Haskins, magician/percussionist extraordinaire. With a musical magical program to include Shinji Eshima’ “August 6th", Die Fledermaus, Johann Strauss 11, Béla Bartók’s Rumanian Dances and Georg Philipp Telemann's Sonata for two violins, viola and violono, which may be the first string quartet ever written. The violono is a bass instrument, yet, this is very likely the first performance in this country with the originally intended bass instrument.
