The carnival midway will feature The Wheel, the largest Ferris wheel at any New York fair at a towering 110 feet tall.

The Capital Region's hometown fair features live music, thrilling midway rides, a circus, demolition derby, rodeo, sea lions show, Comedy Magician Dewayne Hill, racing pigs, animal barns, livestock shows, pro wrestling exhibition, lumberjacks, exotic reptiles, exhibits, fair food and more. Admission: $10 Tuesday; $15 Wednesday - Sunday; free for ages 10 & younger; free Wednesday for ages 65+, Grange members, active military & veterans (ID required). Unlimited ride wristbands are $25 Tuesday, $30 Wednesday - Sunday and $25 online before Aug. 13. Midway hours: 2-10 pm Tuesday, noon-10 pm Wednesday - Thursday, noon-11 pm Friday - Saturday, noon-8 pm Sunday
