The “Are We Reading Russia Correctly?” lecture will be delivered by Nicolai Petro, a foreign affairs expert with a background in Russian politics, on Thursday, February 16 at 6:00pm in Rockefeller Hall, room 300, at Vassar College. Petro explores the enduring tensions between Russia and America. Petro has served as an International Affairs Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, a special assistant for policy in the Office of Soviet Union Affairs in the U.S. Department of State, and a temporary political attache at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.
