"ARTemis" scrapture by Dave Channon

"ARTemis" the virgin Greek hunter goddess and her faithful dog will be unveiled this weekend August 5-7 at the Festival of the Voice concert in Phoenicia. She is the latest scrapture (scrap metal sculpture that induces rapture) by artist Dave Channon - a daring bit of public art and engineering. Come between 11AM and 6PM to see "ARTemis" for free, or stay for the opera and see her brilliantly illuminated at night.
