Mayor Steve Noble, the Kingston Arts Commission, the Midtown Arts District and Bailey Pottery Equipment invite you to Kingston’s City Hall for a unique opportunity to hear a lecture by ceramic artist Roberto Lugo. This year’s Ceramic Art Network’s Ceramic Artist of the Year, Roberto Lugo is also a Professor at Tyler School of Art. The self-proclaimed “Ghetto Potter”, Roberto Lugo will be recounting his rise from the streets of Philadelphia to become a worldrenowned ceramic artist.
An artist reception will begin at 5:30 in the Great Hall followed by a talk at 6:00 in the Common Council Chambers.
