Inspired by the recent initiative in the country and around the world to turn parking spots into “micro parks” or “parklets,” the Eisenhower Leadership Center (ELC) with the help of Collaborative Concepts (CC) initiated this art walk in Highland Falls, NY. 17 sculptures with a minimum height of 5 feet have been chosen for this inaugural and highly selective six-month installation.
