Author Visit with Coeyman Native James L. Lipscomb

In celebration of African-American History Month, author James L. Lipscomb will be making an Author Visit at the RCS Community Library to discuss his new book, “I Got Shoes: A Memoir” which pays homage to the African-American people who lived in Coeymans, New York during the first part of the 20th century. Lipscomb also chronicles the first 25 years of his life from humble beginnings, struggles and achievements that all set him on the path to law school and success.
