Barrels and beer – a perfect combination! Learn about the ancient art of barrel making from John Cox, who is an artisanal cooper and founder of Quercus Cooperage of High Falls, NY. Mr. Cox will talk about the history and cultural heritage of coopering and the process of barrel making.
