Basilica Hudson, the rejuvenated 19th-century waterfront factory, hosts its first weekend film festival with eight independent films, Q&As with directors, and after parties. Two featured screenings include The Observers, a film about two climatologists from Mount Washington, and the silent stop-motion Madame Tutli-Putli, following a midnight-train passenger on her metaphysical adventure.
