BBQ to Back the Blue

A barbeque fundraiser for the Dutchess County DC 10-13 Foundation. Attendees have an opportunity to sample the creative approaches and flavors of Chef Tomáš, including St. Louis style of smoked ribs, London broil on rotisserie, marinated BBQ whole chicken, Argentinian asado-style wood-roasted whole lamb, slow-kettle-cooked Hungarian beef goulash, house-made chorizo, Bratwurst sausages, smoked mac and cheese, baked beans, milk-and-butter-poached corn and woodfired corn bread. Cash bar, live music, live auction, door prizes and raffles.
