Escape the busyness of daily life and experience a short meditation retreat where everyone observes the practice of silence for a day in order to enhance focus and insight, and to gain a deep level of relaxation.
This is an introductory silent retreat. In silence, we engage with the meditation object in a more intimate way. We stop ‘chatting’ and start listening to wisdom from deep within our heart which gives us a special inner experience of the teachings we receive. Accommodations and vegetarian meals are available. Nature Trails, coffeehouse, bookstore and gift shop are open.
