Being Mortal: Film and Discussion

Hudson Valley Hospice will be presenting a special viewing of the PBS Frontline Video: Being Mortal, featuring Dr. Atul Gawande. It will be held November 7, 2018 at 2pm at Hudson Valley Hospice, 400 Aaron Court, Kingston, NY and November 8, 2018 at 2pm at Hudson Valley Hospice, 374 Violet Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY. Each presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with Hudson Valley Hospice clinicians. Explore issues such as facing one's own mortality, talking to your physician about end-of-life, and determining what matters most to you at the end of your life. Resource materials& light refreshments
