Being Mortal Film and Panel

Hudson Valley Hospice presents a special showing of the PBS Frontline special: Being Mortal, featuring Atul Gawande. Each presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with Hudson Valley Hospice clinicians. Explore issues such as facing one's own mortality, talking to your physician about end-of-life, and determining what matters most to you at the end of your life. Resource materials and light refreshments will be provided.
