This 8-week series is designed for students new to belly dance or seeking a refresher on foundations (no dance experience is necessary). Students can expect to learn basic belly dance technique, movement vocabulary, and traditional musical context. We will focus on developing posture, muscle isolations, basic traveling steps, and more, in a fun and inclusive class environment.
