Book Launch Event: Francesco Mastalia

At this event photographer Francesco Mastalia will talk about the genesis of this book "Organic: Farmers & Chefs of the Hudson Valley", his journey in creating the body of work and his experiences interacting with the subjects and learning more about the Organic movement from the roots up - literally. This will be followed by a Q&A and a book signing which will include many of the farmers and chefs featured.
